You already hear where a singer needs more individual attention. PCC can offer coaching exchanges and resources between your sessions, while the student keeps the freedom to choose their instruction.
Check your employer or institution’s rules before accepting personal referral payments. An institution-directed arrangement needs separate PCC approval.
You hear the question after the song.
At an open mic, in the studio or after a set, someone asks how to work on their voice. Offer a useful introduction, explain the options and let PCC answer the detailed teaching questions.
Choose the route that fits the person: evaluation, resources and feedback, or private coaching.
Show the experience honestly.
Share what you have personally used and explain the next step. A relevant audience and a clear, truthful recommendation matter more than the size of your following.
Label the referral relationship clearly. Never present a promised result, a fabricated review or a staged example as a student outcome.
Be the helpful person in the conversation.
Listen to what someone is asking for. When recommendations are welcome, explain PCC in plain language and offer a link they can choose to open.
Music experience is preferred, not required. Administrator permission comes first in someone else’s group.

With asynchronous coaching, a singer works on an assignment, records it and sends it to a coach. The coach’s response gives them something specific to work on next, without a live appointment for every exchange.

Your student link identifies your referral account. The student confirms who introduced them, then chooses the right PCC service.
Membership prospects can explore membership directly. Someone looking for an evaluation can take the assessment route. PCC handles instructional, tuition and contract questions.

A few useful answers.
Do I need a music background?
It helps, but isn’t required. We look for relevant relationships, clear communication and good judgment.
Does this replace my teaching?
No. You can explain additional support between sessions. Students choose their instruction. Communication with an existing teacher requires the student’s agreement.
Is this a salaried job?
Compensation is based on qualifying student referrals. There is no promised salary, hourly wage or minimum income.
Can I post anywhere?
Use your own channels and places where the organizer permits it. Always disclose the referral relationship. Do not upload rosters or repeatedly message people who haven’t asked.
What about my own membership?
Accepted partners receive free FULL membership. Duration and any optional lesson discount will appear in the accepted agreement.
What support will I have?
PCC provides your referral code, student links and program resources. Our team handles questions about instruction and enrollment.
